Hi Friends, Seven years ago, when I arrived in Canada in 2017, I didn’t see myself studying for four years and then working a 9-5 job for the rest of my life. However, due to societal pressure, family expectations, and a lack of clarity about my life goals, I decided to go through various jobs, pursue a four-year university degree, and enter the corporate world. On April 1, 2022, I got a great job in my field of study, and the best part is that I can work from anywhere in the world. On December 7th 2022, I bought a one-way ticket and flew to Cartagena, Colombia, sold all my belongings, terminated my apartment lease, and started a new life. Fast forward to now, 2024 I’v been a Digital Nomad traveling the world full-time for more than a year and earning money anywhere I go. Although I haven't given up my corporate job, I appreciate the security it provides, and having an amazing boss has allowed me to explore the world, and build my personal brand, all while maintaining my 9-5 job. However, I don't see myself in this job for the rest of my life; instead, I'm on the path to generating income through content creation, a podcast, working with hotels and writing a book about my journey, and so much more.
